Open Charles
Load your Farm
Wait for you farm to fully load and go to Charles
On the left hand side of Charles in the structure tab look for http://fb.tc*.facebook.com
( The * will be the number server you are on )
Once you find this expand it and look for flashservices
expand flashservices and the first gateway.php you see right click on it
Scroll down and look for Breakpoints , Left click on Breakpoints and it is set
I find it best now to close Charles
Then reload Charles , you can follow instructions on the methods now
and turning on / off Breakpoints by the red hexagon at the top
From now on you will get the pop-ups it shows you in the screen-shots
